Mentoring

Our NDIS Mentoring Program provides our clients with a matched role model, where a strong, positive relationship is able to be formed and maintained with a practicing Health Worker. Our mentors are experienced and trusted advisers who support and encourage individuals to manage their own personal development and learning.

Our goal is to assist participants in building their capacity in a range of personal skills, maximise their potential and improve their capabilities and performance so that they can participate in society and become the person that they want to be. We work with children, adolescents and adults to improve self-esteem, social skills and behavioural competence. Mentoring is offered in a variety of settings, such as at home, placements, school environments and/or other community locations.
